What is it that you do at The Techno Creatives?
As Design Director I work to empower my design team to achieve their fullest potential. I believe in building trust and self-awareness amongst each individual in order to augment a collaborative, innovative and relaxed work space. I also encourage the team to question design legacy by asking 'why' before drawing conclusions. I believe in building an atmosphere of productive debate and comradery. I learn from my team and I enjoy sharing the knowledge I’ve accumulated over the past few years.
What were you doing before you came to work at The Techno Creatives
I was working at the Mobile Experience Lab at MIT, Cambridge, MA as an Interaction Design Researcher.

Everyday is as exciting as the first even after all these years.
What do you find to be an important factor of a work culture?

Playing tennis, badminton and squash. Swimming, playing the guitar, writing music, singing and hiking.
It might seem exciting or even fashionable to talk about autonomous vehicles, but a quick reality check pushes those visions of fully autonomous cars a few years into the future and we are left with a gaping hole between regular and fully autonomous vehicles.
The Techno Creatives have on several occasions had the opportunity to do concept work for the Volkswagen Group.
We have had the pleasure of working with Elektron Music Machines supporting them in creating the visual language of their newly released Overbridge.
How would a car feel if all traditional ways of driving were reengineered into just a simple touch-sensitive steering wheel? Along with Neonode, we created an interactive in-car experience that simulated how autonomously driven cars of the future could drive.
Heartfelt messages woven into human stories using technology and innovation was the theme at this year’s Geneva 2015 Volvo stand. We executed a friendly and informative augmented reality experience that informed Volvo guests about their bold vision for the year 2020.
Safety-first has always been a priority for Volvo, we helped them communicate this by engineering an iPad experience that was able to inform guests about various safety features within the XC90 depending on which car they were sitting next to.
