Designing a Virtual Receptionist
Using Contextual Information and Natural interfaces
Master thesis in Interaction Design and Technologies
During spring, we've been designing and building a virutal receptionist, called "Amee", to welcome and provide services to visitors and employees of Interaktionsbyrån. In this presentation, we'd like to tell you how we went about making Amee as well as share insights and experiences from building a context-aware personal service agent.
